Terms and Conditions

  1. Work to be done as per specifications given in schedule.
  2. The cost of the project does not include any taxes, which is to be paid separately.
  3. Project completion time is maximum 6 months from the date of agreement signed, but depends upon the scale and complexity of the project.
  4. Alteration or renovation work must be intimated before the particular work to be done otherwise it would be charged as additional cost.
  5. Escalation of material cost above 3% to be borne by the client.
  6. Payment must be paid as per terms without fail.
  7. All payments to be made by cash, DD, or cheque favoring TG Constructions
  8. Electricity, Metro water, Sewerage connections, Building Plan Approval etc... expenses to be paid by owner.
  9. All concrete designs and beam columns size to be done as per drawing.
  10. Elevation works to be done at extra cost.
  11. Water, electricity, labor shed, store room & site fencing all facilities for construction purposes to be borne by the client.
  12. Electrical fixtures like fans, lights, geyser etc., to be supplied by owner.
